Viewer Role
Find out hat you can do with this role.
The Viewer role lets you explore sites in R2S and interact with project data without changing the core content. Viewers can move through 360 images, plans, point clouds, and 3D models; add measurements and markups; and keep notes private or share them with others. They can easily search, filter, and export information, download attachments, and add annotations to existing tags or tasks. Viewers can also invite colleagues to access R2S (if enabled) and crop point cloud data for exporting — making it easy to review, collaborate, and report on project progress.
As a Viewer you can;
- Navigate - 360 images, plans, point clouds and 3D models
- Annotate - add measurements and markups
- Save annotations as private or public
- Access the Search Panel to search for Tags/Tasks, XYZ locations and annotations
- Access the Data Views page
- Filter Tag/Task search results
- Access public Filter Presets
- Create new Filter Presets (public or private)
- Export search results as an Excel file
- View and download tag attachements
- Add annotations to existing Tags/Tasks
- Access the Share button
- Invite colleagues to access R2S (if enabled)
- Crop and Export point cloud data
