Contributor Role
Find out what having this role allows you to do.
The Contributor role allows you to create and edit Tags and Tasks for the available Datasets in any given project. This includes maintaining names, badges, descriptions, metadata, and positions, as well as managing links between Tags and Tasks. Users can attach and remove supporting files and archive Tags when they are no longer required, helping to keep information accurate and well organised.
As a Contributor you can;
- Create Tag/Tasks for existing Datasets from the Toolbar and Data View page.
- Edit existing Tags/Tasks (name, badge, description, metadata)
- Set or edit Tag/Task positions
- Create or delete Tag/Task links
- Attach files
- Delete file attachments
- Archive tags
