Adding a tag using Measurement 360s
A measurement pair is the standard method of R2S survey allowing users to measure objects photogrammetrically, and now allowing for coordinate extraction and adding tags/tasks in 3D space without a point cloud.
Select an item which you want to add a coordinate point to (or change an existing coordinate). Select the 'Set Position' button (1).
Select the item you wish to tag in the viewer (2)
The viewer will now split to show the upper image of the measurement pair. You will be prompted to select the same point again in the upper image (3). A blue dot will be shown where you have clicked in the lower image (4). Left-click in the upper image to confirm the location.
The coordinates of the point you selected will be shown in the Tag Panel (5) and next to the blue dot in the viewer (7). Click 'Save' (7) to apply the selected coordinate to the Tag.
The process of applying a position to a new item is very similar to the above process. Click the Add Tag button (8) to open the Tag Panel. Once the Tag Panel is open, the same process applies as above.
To obtain a coordinate point from a measurement pair, click on the Measure icon (9) in the right toolbar and make sure that Point Measurement (10) is selected. In the viewer, select (left-click) where you want to obtain a coordinate.
The viewer will now split to show the upper image of the measurement pair. You will be prompted to select the same point again in the upper image (11). A green dot will be shown where you have clicked in the lower image (12). Left-click in the upper image to confirm the location.
R2S will automatically know if the point you have selected is erroneous and will prompt you to try again (13). This can happen when you accidently click the wrong object in the upper image or you click too far away from the initial selected point.
