Note: As we continue to improve R2S over the coming weeks some of these elements may move or change. Keep an eye on updates for more information.
The Project Interface consists of the main viewer, the side menu panel, and the navigation bar. The following is an overview of:
Side Panel Menu
Project Navigation Bar
Visual Model Viewer
View Menu
Viewer Toolbar
Project Navbar
The Project Navbar provides links to the Administration section, the project selection page, Integration page, as well as the help menu and your Account page.
Main Menu - This is where you can access the Project Selection page, as well as the Administration page.
R2S Logo - Clicking this will also take you to the Project Selection page
Project Name - See the name of the current project
Supplementary pages - This is where Administrators can access the Integration page
Help - This is where you can access links to the support website

Side Panel Menu
In update 5.13, we made some small changes to the side panel. The panel is now collapsed by default giving the user more room for the Main Viewer. To open the menus click on the corresponding icon. Once open, they can be collapsed by clicking on the open panels button.
The Side Panel consists of the following buttons:
Home - This will take you back to the projects Title Screen where you are able to visually select what Plan you want to open
Folders - This is where you are able to see a tree-view of all of all the 360s within a project
Layers - This is where you have the ability to turn on and off different datasets within the Main Viewer
3D - This is where you are able to see a structure tree of the different 3D datasets within the Main Viewer.
Search
The Tag Search panel allows you to search for a specific tag or filter for a specific tag dataset. By default, only the tags you are searching for are displayed in the Visual Model. An information bar in the main viewer window notifies you that the Visual Model is being filtered.
Folders
The folders panel shows all the visual data which make up the Visual Model. Here you can search for specific plans, 360 images and other visual data.
Layers
In the Layers panel you will find all the different datasets that can be found in the project and controls to show or hide them.
Different datasets are called dataset classes and have been organised into 3 groups.
Tags: Informational datasets relating to the project such as equipment & instrument ID’s, material specifications, inspection reports, work packs and other engineering and asset management information.
Assets: Visual datasets that show the project such as plans, photos, laser scans, point clouds. These make up the reality model.
Annotations: Measurements, notes and mark-ups made in the project for additional information.
3D
In the 3D panel you will see a list of what 3D components have been added to the project. You are able to turn the visibility on and off of individual models/parts, as well as focus the viewer on different components.
The Visual Model Viewer
This is the main area in R2S for interacting with the visual model and data. You navigate around the project model, change your display mode, select hotspots to see more information and use tools such as measurement.
Viewer Bar
This top bar provides supplementary information to the view you are currently in, as well as the buttons for changing the main view.
Asset Name - This displays the name of the current asset you are displaying.
Archive - This is where you are able to access the Archive Mode. In Plan Mode you can change to seeing individual survey dates, or select 'Latest 360's' which will show you the most recent images across the level.
View Mode - This is where you can change the main view modes
Cursor Coordinates - This is displays the plan coordinates of the cursor
View Bar - 360/Point Cloud
Asset Name - This displays the name of the current asset you are displaying.
Archive - This is where you are able to access the Archive Mode. In Plan Mode you can change to seeing individual survey dates, or select 'Latest 360's' which will show you the most recent images across the level. In 360 Mode you are able to access 360's from different dates in the location you are in.
View Mode - This is where you can change the main view modes.
Cursor Coordinates - when in Plan Mode, this is displays the plan coordinates of the cursor.
Minimap
The Minimap is visible in 360 image or point cloud mode and shows the plan for your current location. This can be resized to your preference.

The Tag Side Panel
The Tag Side Panel is opened whenever you select a tag hotspot or link in the project interface. It can be hidden again by clicking on the Tag Panel button in the toolbar. The panel displays more information about the item selected and can be used to find its position, location and other connected data. This information is grouped into 3 tabs:
Details
The details tab displays information about the tag in the R2S model.
The tag dataset the tag belongs to
Tag icon, badge and name
Information tabs
The coordinates of the tag where available, and the Set Position button to change/set the coordinates
Location on a plan, click to open the plan of this location
Location in a 360 image, the first in the list being the closest, click to open the 360 image
