Latest Update and Changes
Released on September 17th 2024, this update brings various features, enhancements and bug fixes.
Attachments
We’ve introduced a new feature that lets you attach files to any tag or task, allowing you to import, view, and manage files of any type. As an example you can attach photographs to maintenance tasks, or drawing/manuals to equipment tags.
Attachments can be accessed through the Tag Panel, in the Attachments tab (1).
Within the attachments tab, users can:
- (2) See the total number of attachments
- (3) Attach new files, and carry out batch actions
- Download all attachments
- Delete all attachments
- (4) Perform individual actions on an attachment (download, delete)
- (5) Open an attachment by clicking on a row of the table.
Attachments can be previewed within the viewer (some file types are not supported). Once the preview window is open users can:
- (6) View the file name and upload date
- (7) Cycle through the attachments using the previous/next buttons
- (8) Zoom into the image (available on images/documents).
- Can also zoom using mouse wheel
- (9) Download the attachment
Bug Fixes
Multiple small bugs were also fixed in this release.
